Q: Do you work with insurance companies for payment?

A: We do not work directly with any insurance providers to cover standard towing at this time. However, if your insurance covers roadside assistance/towing you can work with them to reimburse you the amount of the invoice after it has been paid. We do work with insurance companies for accident related charges when the vehicle is in our storage yard. 

Q: How much do your towing services cost?

A: The cost of our towing services varies depending on the type of service you need, the distance traveled, and other factors. We offer competitive pricing and will provide you with a clear estimate before any work is done.

A: Depending on the service you require we cover a large area in the Southwestern Michigan, Northern Indiana and further. If you’re not sure if we can serve your location, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: Are your operators/drivers licensed and insured?

A: Yes, all of our operators/drivers are licensed and insured. We take safety and professionalism seriously and only hire experienced and qualified staff.

A: Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency towing services. We understand that emergencies can happen at any time and we’re always available to help.

Q: How quickly can you respond to a towing request?

A: Our response time varies depending on the location and the type of service you need. However, we strive to respond as quickly as possible to all towing requests and will provide you with an estimated arrival time.
